Our services are offered on a subscription basis, with a one-time setup fee for new builds and an activation fee for any reactivations. Please note that these fees are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you may do so before your next billing date. However, the subscription will remain active for the remainder of the billing cycle, and no refunds or prorations will be issued for the unused portion of the month.
Customers of Silver Lined Labs are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information at all times. By using our services, customers agree to adhere to the terms and conditions of any software or tools provided or integrated into their systems. Maintaining timely payments according to the agreed subscription schedule is also a key responsibility.

Silver Lined Labs does not support or engage in any illegal activities, including but not limited to black hat hacking, spamming, scams, or the promotion of pornographic content. Any violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of services, without refund.
Silver Lined Labs offers both monthly and annual subscription options. Monthly billing includes a setup fee in addition to the package amount, while opting for an annual payment may provide a more cost-effective solution. All payments must be made electronically; we do not accept checks. Payments are due at the start of each billing cycle, and a three-day grace period may be provided for late payments, after which services may be deactivated if payment is not received. Customers who sign up and maintain uninterrupted service may be eligible for a “grandfather clause,” allowing them to stay on their original plan at the price they signed up for, with no annual renewal fee. For customers who pay in full for a year, if they choose to switch to monthly billing at the end of the year, they can do so without incurring any annual renewal fee, provided they make the switch before the anniversary date of their initial sign-up. Customers can renew their monthly subscription by setting up autopay, with no additional fees as long as no changes are required. Any new work or services beyond the original scope may require separate payment. Each subscription package includes a set number of text, email, and AI messages, with additional charges for exceeding the messaging limits in the selected package.
Customers retain ownership of any logos, images, videos, domain names, and email addresses that they provide for use in their projects. However, websites, software, and tools developed by Silver Lined Labs are proprietary and built on our in-house platform, meaning they cannot be transferred or taken by the customer. Customers may only use or keep proprietary tools, such as calculators or chatbots, with an active subscription or upon upfront payment for a year. Any attempt to copy, modify, or misrepresent these tools or software is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of services.
Silver Lined Labs provides tools, automation solutions, and consulting services based on data and experience, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as increased revenue, business growth, or customer acquisition. While we aim to provide the best possible service, we are not responsible for any missed business opportunities, lost profits, or other potential impacts that may arise from using our services. By using Silver Lined Labs' tools and services, you acknowledge that success and outcomes depend on various factors beyond our control, and no specific results are guaranteed.Silver Lined Labs will not be responsible for any content generated, including but not limited to content intended to generate leads, sales, or marketing outcomes. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all content complies with applicable laws, including trademark, patent, and copyright regulations. Silver Lined Labs assumes that the client has conducted due diligence regarding the use of any such protected material. Additionally, Silver Lined Labs will not be held liable for inaccurate information provided by the client. Clients are also responsible for providing their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy as needed.
Customers will have access to their accounts through our online portal or app, where they can manage their services, view billing information, and update account details. It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and to ensure that their account information is up to date. Any violation of the Terms of Service may result in the suspension or termination of the customer’s account. In cases of termination due to violations, no refunds will be provided for unused services. Silver Lined Labs strives to provide reliable services, and customers can opt for 24/7 support at an additional cost. Regular service availability is designed to meet the needs of most businesses, but should you require constant support, we offer this option through our premium support plans. In the event of service disruptions or outages lasting more than an unreasonable period (e.g., 3 days or more), and if the disruption has a direct negative impact on your business, we may offer a prorated credit for the affected time. We will do our best to restore services promptly, but no guarantees are made regarding specific restoration timelines.
A2P Messaging Compliance Notice For clients using Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging features, such as SMS or other forms of text messaging, it is essential that all information submitted during the approval process is accurate and truthful. Any misrepresentation of details can negatively affect your ability to use these features, which are crucial for maintaining effective marketing campaigns and reaching your audience. Providing inaccurate information may lead to restrictions or the complete loss of access to messaging services, limiting your marketing capabilities. In cases where it is found that incorrect information has been provided, and the governing agency or regulator allows for resubmission, Silver Lined Labs will proceed with submitting the corrected information. However, if it is determined that the information is still incorrect, whatever action is taken by the regulator is beyond our control. The business owner can decide to continue with other services under the agreed-upon terms. Examples of information that must be accurate include but are not limited to domain name, legal structure/name, address, and contact information. Silver Lined Labs requires full transparency and compliance to ensure that all A2P features are used responsibly and effectively. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes arising from or related to the use of Silver Lined Labs' services will be resolved in Bexar County, Texas. In the event of a dispute, we encourage open communication to resolve the issue at a one-on-one level. If a resolution cannot be reached, we may explore alternative options such as arbitration, mediation, or litigation.
Silver Lined Labs may update these Terms of Service as needed to reflect changes in services, pricing, or legal requirements. Customers will be notified of any changes via email. While we strive to make updates that benefit our users, customers are free to cancel their subscription at any time if they do not agree with the updated terms, as there is no long-term contract required.
Silver Lined Labs collects subscriber data to keep customers informed about updates, changes, and new releases. However, we do not sell or share any customer data for marketing purposes. Additionally, any data collected from your subscribers or customers through our services will not be stored, used, or sold by Silver Lined Labs for marketing or commercial purposes.
